Refund policy

Happy-pet guarantee: If your pet isn't into it, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page (pawsomeplay.shop/pages/contact) with your order number.

Returns: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items: Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost, with no need to return the item.

Holiday returns: Orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be returned until January 31.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
